What sets Realty Executives Arizona Territory apart from other brokerages?
What pay structure / commission plan will I be on? What plans do you offer?
There are no fees for the first six months. At the end of your 6 months, you will remain on your current plan. *Please provide a copy of your most recent pay stub or invoice within 90 days of joining.
We have removed the $8 and $25 monthly marketing and advertising fees.
What kind of brokerage support do you offer?
We have 11 Brokers/Managers to support you and your business. We also have a dedicated member of leadership (Mark Shinn) whose primary role is to help agents and clients through the most difficult situations. We have an in-house lawyer who is a Realty Executives Arizona Territory agent as well.
Will there be other office locations around Phoenix and Yuma? Can I use offices anywhere in the state?
Yes! There are currently plans to add offices in both areas. As of today, we have 24 offices throughout the state and will continue expanding.
You will have access to any of our Arizona Territory company offices (excluding team offices) throughout the state. Please speak to a member of our leadership team for locations and to gain access to offices outside of your area.
What social / fun events are hosted by the brokerage?
We love hosting annual agent awards celebrations, as well as holiday parties throughout the state.
We are known for having multiple social events or BBQs at regional meetings and other times as well.
What training opportunities does Arizona Territory offer?

Does Realty Executives Arizona Territory offer health and life insurance?
Yes, we do. We offer a comprehensive plan through United Healthcare. Speak to someone on the leadership team for more information on plan specifics.
Is there a relocation department?
Yes! We have a full relocation department that works with major relocation companies throughout the country.
Do you allow agents to practice Commercial, Property Management, Manufactured Homes w/o Land, Co-Ops?

What systems does Realty Executives Arizona Territory use/offer?
Can I continue to use Transaction Desk, or do I have to use SkySlope?
You can use Transaction Desk for paperwork, but you will have to use SkySlope to upload and submit all documents to the brokerage for review. SkySlope is a full transaction management system, so we encourage you to use it. Our team is happy to provide training to anyone who is unfamiliar with the program. There is live support available.
Will I have access to my past/current files after I separate from my current brokerage?
No. Those files are the property of your current broker. If you have files/paperwork you’d like access to at a later date, you should download those prior to separating. Our team is on site to assist you in the download process or can complete the process for you.
Should I transfer or cancel my current listings before making the move?
You can do either but should do so prior to transferring your license.
Both options are available. A transfer may be easier with less paperwork for you or your client. It does require your current broker’s signature to be released and the new Broker’s signature to accept.
A cancellation only requires an AAR Listing Contract Addendum signed by you and your client to cancel and does require new paperwork for the new listing. DOM does not reset unless off market for 45 days.
If I am not sure about my decision and would like to speak to some of the current Arizona Territory agents, can I do that?
Of course. We encourage you to reach out to any of our Executives throughout the state.
Am I locked into Realty Executives Arizona Territory for one year?
While most ICA agreements state that you are agreeing to a one-year contract/term, you have an easy out at any time, without need for cause, and without penalty!
We do not require a 30-day notice or any other time frame. If you are not happy with our brokerage, please reach out to a member of leadership to see if we can help. If you choose to leave, you can do so with no strings attached. In fact, we always encourage you to keep your business cards and signs. We’ve had 26 agents alone in 2025 who have left the brokerage and returned! Come give us a try...let us earn your business.
Are there penalties if join and then change my mind?
No. At any time, you are free to leave without penalty.
You keep your listings. Escrows will stay with the brokerage, but you will be allowed to work with your clients through the finish and be paid the exact same as if you were with us.
I’ve decided to make the switch, what are my next steps?
You will need to complete the Hire On paperwork and submit it to our brokerage, log into ADRE and request to be hired (add/change employer) using Lic# LC640973003.
Once approved, you will receive several welcome emails and we will have you up and running shortly!
